Privacy Career Coaching - Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Coaching

The coaching services provided by Andreea Nevin focus on professional development in privacy careers. These services do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. The coaching is designed to support career growth, strategy, and skills development but does not replace legal counsel or formal regulatory guidance.

2. Coaching Structure and Scheduling

  • Sessions: Coaching is structured as a monthly engagement, including four (4) one-on-one sessions (one per week).

  • Scheduling: Sessions are normally scheduled at a fixed time each week.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session within the same week, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in the previous business day before the scheduled time. (For example, if a session is scheduled for Monday at 13:00, notice must be given by Friday at 12:59.) Rescheduling outside the same week is not permitted, except in extraordinary circumstances at the coach’s discretion.

  • No-Show Policy: If the client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided proper notice, the session is forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

3. Special Provisions for Breaks

  • Winter Break: Coaching will pause for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.

  • Summer Break: A summer break will be announced at least one month in advance.

  • Other Breaks: Either party may notify additional breaks, with a minimum duration of one (1) week and a maximum duration of two (2) weeks, with at least two (2) weeks' prior notice to the other party.

  • Billing Adjustments: These breaks do not affect billing cycles, and the monthly fee will be prorated accordingly to reflect any postponed sessions.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Coaching fees are payable in advance at the start of each monthly cycle.

  • Payment can be made via:

    • Subscription through Stripe (automatic renewal)

    • Bank transfer (according to the issued invoice)

  • Invoices are due upon receipt.

5. Late Payment and Non-Payment

  • If payment is delayed by more than 3 days, coaching sessions will be suspended until payment is received.

  • If payment is delayed by more than 10 days, the contract will be canceled, and coaching services will be terminated.

  • A delay penalty of 0.1% per day of the outstanding amount will apply for late payments.

6. Contract Term and Renewal

  • Monthly coaching engagements are automatically extended for another month unless the client provides written notice of non-renewal at least one week in advance of the next cycle.

  • Long-term coaching contracts (e.g., fixed-term 6-month agreements) expire at the end of their term unless explicitly renewed.

  • Fixed-term contracts cannot be terminated early unilaterally.

  • For monthly engagements, once a new month begins, the client is committed for the full month, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Coaching is intended to provide strategic guidance and career development support in the privacy field. However, results depend on the client’s efforts and engagement.

  • Neither PrivacyCraft nor Andreea Nevin are responsible for career outcomes, job placements, or business decisions made based on coaching.

  • The client acknowledges that coaching does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Any reliance on coaching for such matters is at the client’s own risk.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden.
